Feedback yang bikin berbunga-bunga itu *lebay

Setelah berminggu – minggu dihajar assignment, quiz, lab, report, seminar, dan temen – temennya itu, senang juga dapat feedback dari asisten selain hanya Pass / Fail ;D

Bombs in the downtown

"Nu är alla här och undersöker brottsplatsen/döda mannen. Grissom, Horatio, Mac, tror till och med jag skymtade Dexter." 

That was how my friend, Ivan, said in his page, approximately said that “now all investigator will gather to the crime scene. Grissom, Horatio, Mac, even think I caught a glimpse of Dexter." :p Yep, bombs..yes..it were bombs, 2 bombs actually.. exploded this Saturday in downtown Stockholm, just right in the corner of ivan’s apartement building.. in the middle of the crowd of people who were preparing and shopping for Christmas.

And now it become national, or better than that… an international news.. One dead after suicide bombing in Stockholm. So, who said Sweden is the safest place to live in the world?

Baru nyadar kenapa ada patung kerberos di halaman kampus KTH.. ternyata.. waw!! *A tough that just in my mind, after almost getting mad reading 8 chapters of network security lecture, and now ending up in karberos chapter -_-

Meet Nobel Laureate

Yesterday, December 9, 2010, I and Alma, my friend from Malaysia attended to economy class at KTH main campus. "Adek, I remember you're interested to learn about economic things? My department will invite guess lecture at 9 December, nobel winner this year! If you want to come, you can tell me, so we can attend it together", that's how Alma told me about this class, in an ordinary evening that i spent beside this window, reading never ending presentation slides and assignments.

So, there i was, at that 13.30 afternoon, after said "i'm sorry i cant join this meeting until finish because I have class now at valhalavagen" to my teammates in network security class, the 2 handsome guys from Turky, Arman and Aydin, when we're in the middle of finishing the last report *actually i have done 90% of that report before, because i have finished my previous assignment faster than the guys, so we just took care the rest 20% at that moment :>

"What the.. ?" Things in Sweden - Bank

Below are my "What the.. ?" things list based on my weird-banking-series-experience in Sweden :

1. When you put deposit into your account, the officer might  -with innocence face- ask you "where do you get this money?”

2. When you open bank account, the officer might decide to not give you internet banking feature, just because you can not speak swedish..yet. *i wonder, what is google translate used for* 

3. Not stoping in that, do not be surprise, if your friend or somebody else, with the same swedish capability, who deal with/without the same officer, faces the -completely- different situation! The policy might change, depend on who you are, where are you come from, when do you come to the bank, where is the branch, who is the officer, and might also, how your face looks like and the bank officer's mood at the time when you come to him/her :>

4. No "banking book" will be given to you, when you put deposit or withdrawn, the bank will only give you peace of paper contain the transaction that you have done.
